Returns and Refunds

  • Timeframe: Requests for a refund must be made within 7 days of delivery date. 

  • Eligibility: To be eligible, the item(s) must not unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. 

  • Non-Refundable Items: Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective, or if an error was made on our part. 

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact us at amber@saltyanchorgifts.com with your order number and reason for return. 

2. If approved, we'll provide return instructions. 

3. Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we'll issue your refund to the original payment used, 

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item(s) arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
